Stan to my friends and clients, founded the agency in 1978 after working 10 yeas for another firm. 1967 graduate of Marquette University, BS in Economics, Captain USAF Reserve. Certified Insurance Counselor for over 20 years. Stan and his wife Jean live in Mequon, WI, both share a passion for the outdoors. Stan is a board member and Vice President of the South East WI chapter of Trout Unlimited. In addition to fly fishing, Stan’s interests include golf, hunting, spending time with his wife Jean and their three grown children and six grandchildren.
James Stolz, V. President, Commercial Accounts
Jim is a 1992 graduate of UW-LaCrosse with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Insurance. He is a third generation insurance agent, licensed since 1992 and has been with Professional Insurance Services since 1994. Jim’s focus has been on Commercial Property & Casualty along with Small Group Health and Life Insurance. Jim and his wife Lisa are life long residence of Oconomowoc, have two sons and is a member of the Oconomowoc Rotary Club. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and traveling.
Craig Schneider, RHU-Employee Benefits & Personal Lines Producer
Craig is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Business Administration and has worked for Professional Insurance Services since 1992. He earned his Registered Health Underwriters designation from American College in 2001. He has over 30 years of sales and account management experience in group, individual, and personal lines insurance and has worked for both the carrier and agency side of the insurance business. He is a member of the Elm Grove Business Association. Craig is married and has two sons and two dogs. He enjoys travel with his family and his hobbies include: biking, skiing, golfing, and camping in WI and MI. He is also involved in soccer as a coach and referee.

Greg has been with Professional Insurance Services for over 25 years and has over 30 years of experience. He graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a BA degree and received his CIC designation in 1992. Greg has extensive experience in Property & Casualty insurance as well as in group Health Insurance & Life Insurance. Greg and his wife enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with their family and friends.
Cindy M. Massman, CISR-CSR Commercial P&C Insurance
Cindy has been with Professional Insurance Services since 1985. She is the Customer Service Representative for the Commercial P&C Insurance as well as the Office Manager and she also handles the Accounts Payable/Receivable duties. Cindy received her insurance license in 1998 and her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2004. Cindy and her husband enjoy cooking, camping, gardening, and spending time with their family and friends.
Holly A. Kuusinen – Producer Life & Health Insurance & Employee Benefits
Holly has been in the insurance business since 1991. She has experience in Business & Personal Life Insurance, Group & Individual Health Insurance, Medicare, Employee Benefits. She successfully completed the CFP Professional Education Program through the College for Financial Planning in 1996. A 1974 graduate of UW-Madison in journalism, Holly enjoyed an exciting career in public relations and fundraising for many non profit organizations and natural resources agencies at the state and federal levels. Holly is a lifelong resident of Elm Grove and is involved in many community activities. Her passion is floral design and a German Shepard named Chance who works with her in Pet Therapy team for the benefit of the disabled, Veterans, & children.
